Linux: Import Brave bookmarks from old Flatpak to new ATP install

I’m transitioning from using a Flatpak version of Brave to the official ATP install, and I now have both versions installed and working. Unfortunately, I can’t figure out how to import my bookmarks, etc. from the flatpak version to the new install.

I see the option to import bookmarks in the new version, but it only lists importing bookmarks from Firefox as an option, or selecting a path. Unfortunately, I can’t find the correct path to import my profile data from the flatpak to the new Brave version.

I’ve also tried finding the the profile data file to simply copy/paste that file instead (as some advice has suggested), but I can’t seem to find that profile file either.

I’m somewhat new to Linux, so please explain how to do this to me as if I’m Michael Scott and you’re Oscar, using a lemonade stand analogy to explain a budget surplus to me like I’m a five-year-old.

I’m on Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia 64-bit and my new Brave install version is:
Version 1.66.115 Chromium: 125.0.6422.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)
