Restoring bookmarks from old linux computer

Currently I have bookmarks and am using
Version 0.62.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) on linux mint (not sure why it says Chromium as it says “Brave” right above it).
My directory structure is /home/me/.config/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/Default and there is a file named “Bookmarks”.

I would like to restore bookmarks from an old linux computer that is not functional but I have access to backup files. There is a directory /home/me/.config/brave but I do not see a file named bookmarks, nor a folder /default. I do not know what version of Brave was running, but it seems the directory structure and files may have been named differently then. How would I restore the bookmarks, and without deleting my current bookmarks?

Brave is based on Chromium. That show which Chromium version that Brave is currently on. While the Brave version itself is 0.62.51.

But, you seems a bit outdated. The latest version is 0.64.x.

Based on the path, it seems that this one is the previous Brave (muon).

You may want to try to install the older version from here https://github.com/brave/browser-laptop/releases/

Docs https://github.com/brave/browser-laptop/blob/v0.27.3/docs/linuxInstall.md

Then export your bookmarks from the old version or import it to the new version.
