@ShlokHuh payouts only ever begin around the 7th (8th if you’re near India due to time difference). They can take several days or up to several weeks to complete. You can track the status of payouts at Ads Payout Status Update.
How quickly we get our balance will change each month and can even vary by person. They push out payments as quickly as possible.
