Issue with VPN trial activation and immediate charge

I purchased a monthly VPN subscription on my phone and was supposed to receive a 7-day trial period before the charge for the full month would apply.

However, I did not receive the 7-day trial period. Instead, my payment was deducted immediately, and the subscription for the month started right away. This is not in line with the terms I expected for the trial.

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue with my recent VPN subscription. I purchased a monthly VPN subscription on my phone and was supposed to receive a 7-day trial period before the charge for the full month would apply.
