I recently signed up for the Brave VPN free trial, which was advertised as free for 7 days. However, I was immediately charged €10 without any prior warning. This is misleading, as I expected to have the chance to try the service before being billed.
I kindly request a refund of the €10 that was wrongly deducted from my account. Additionally, please clarify why the charge was applied instantly despite the 7-day free trial offer.
