Some day’s ago my PC have a problem and don’t work.
Three days later, my Android fall down and is broken.
I have a new phone, but I don’t no what I have to do, to recover my Brave account and my Uphold.
What I have to do?

You can connect to Uphold like usual. Like clicking on Verify in Brave rewards dashboard.
You cannot recover your Brave rewards. When you install Brave in a new device it creates a new wallet account. So, you start collecting rewards from zero.
Your Uphold account is intact. And any BAT are still there. You only need to log in Uphold with your username, password and 2FA to access them.
You can connect your new Brave devices to your Uphold account as @SmartyAadi mentioned.

And one thing more !
I can’t access Uphold count, because I don’t know how recover the 2FA, because is not the same message code, tell me that ever time, the code is not correct.
What can I do. Please can You help me.

You need to contact Uphold support and explain the situation. They should be able to reset the 2FA so that you can set a new one.
For the future, backup all your 2FA entries. Store the QR code somewhere. If you use google authenticator, it has a function to transfer the codes to another device. The best is to have them in two devices, like an old mobile or old tablet just for backup.
Unfortunately, if your device is gone, your rewards from October are gone. Nothing that can be done.
