I need help, I have been having this problem for more than a month. 132 ads viewed this month but 0 bat, I don’t know if this is normal or what should I do? I have read a thousand and one problems but none of your solutions help me. I am on windows 11, I have the latest update of brave, my uphold account is connected and verified I have everything ok. help me please

@ADAM31 I’d be curious to see a screenshot of your screen at brave://rewards. Do keep in mind that we just started a new month so we should be near 0 for ads seen and 0 BAT then due to it resetting. For example, here’s mine below:
This would be unusual in a lot of sense. Though I guess would also have to look at what country you’re in and how many ad campaigns they have. We don’t get paid for ads about Brave products anymore. So if they don’t have any normal ad campaigns in your region, then you may see nothing but Brave’s house ads which don’t pay.

@lino2176 yours looks perfectly normal. We started new month. You have seen ads and it shows estimated earnings for those ads. What are you saying is wrong? Also make sure you have read everything I linked to earlier as it contains very important and useful information
I think their is a bug. I have reward only on popping ads on my phone. Normally for 15ads it’s around 0,100 BAT. And I’m only at 0,015

i have the same problem. i received nothing for the month of november and it says the rewards for november are already completed when normaly they start paying at the 8th of every month.
i had to receive about 1 bat but got nothing.
Currently, Brave only pays for ads from which it earns money. You will no longer receive BATs for ads created by Brave.
The truth is that I have quite a few ads not only from Brave, but also notifications, but none of that has added up. Here we see ads from today that are not from Brave, and then I took a screenshot and it didn’t add up at all. Also, last month the same thing happened: 0 bat, but I got ads that are not just Brave. And i live in france so i think it’s not a relevant problem (i think). Also i don’t use any vpn or anything else in the world i just use normal brave as my everyday. If you need me to send you any other data i’ll send it to you no problem.
Not “quite a few.” You have had 12 ads. For that your have an estimated range of 0.036-0.065 BAT. So divide each by 12 and it’s 0.003-0.005 BAT per ad.
Not sure about your region,. but I see a lot of ads that pay just 0.005 BAT per ad. If some of your ads seen were of Brave products, then that “dilutes” things where it seems lower average.
But based on what you’re sharing, everything seems to be working perfectly fine. You are seeing ads and earning BAT.
I also gave you a resource in my earlier links that you can use to check ad campaigns, what they pay, etc. You can try to track it yourself a bit.
And in terms of you only having 0.00 BAT in your Uphold for now, I’m not sure how long you have been using Brave. But assuming you connected last month, then you would be receiving the payment for what you earned in the coming weeks. Our estimated earnings have always decreased to 0 when new month begins because it’s a new month. Then the payout for the prior month starts around the 8th of each month and can take up to a couple weeks to process (though they usually try to have it to us in a matter of days). So you would see a balance posted when the current payout completes. You can track that status via Ads Payout Status Update.
And of course, if you withdraw from Uphold when you receive it, then the balance would reflect 0 as you removed it.
