I have not received BAT Rewards in 5 months

Briefly describe your issue:
I have had a verified browser wallet for about 7 or 8 months now. I checked on the rewards in my uphold account today and I haven’t received a brave publishers payout in 5 months. Why is this, and can I still receive payout for all the past months where I did not get a payout?
In order to check on my payouts, I had to connect to Uphold, which required reauthorizing Brave browser. I never actually deauthroized the browser, so does Uphold do this on it’s own every few months? How do I prevent it from deauthorizing again?

Yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
Unsure, but my first payout was 7 months ago, so likely sometime before that

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Yes - Most of the time, but not always.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes - USA

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!

Hi Steeven,

Sent you a reply - it may have gone off thread. Hopefully you got it. Wasn’t sure how to attache a screenshot, so I just cut and paste the rewards panel…
