Missing brave rewards for last 4 months

Briefly describe your issue:
Haven’t seen any rewards from any of my browsers for 4 months now. Last payout was in January and only from one browser.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
MacOS:

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes (assuming since it says “Wallet verified”)

What date did you verify your wallet?
I’m not completely sure where to find that out (but “long time ago”, verified Uphold member since Feb 2020, not sure if related)

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes (last payout 8th Jan 2021)

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Sometimes (by default no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
N/A

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes

Can someone from the moderators look into this? Also it shows a difference in Browser vs what is in Uphold, I assume that’s what is missing? CC: @Mattches @steeven

Hello there. I see that all reward should have been sent, but my situation haven’t changed. Nothing received since January… Can someone help me here?

How many Brave profiles/devices have you linked to your Uphold account? This includes reinstalling Brave or your OS, resetting or replacing your device, etc.

I think i may have reinstalled linux os, and then with adding a new android device, this has pushed me over the limit. As there is no way I can get this info from uphold, and bat won;t go through, uphold is now useless for me. So I have made the mistake of reinstalling from scratch both os and brave too many times, it’s the only solution that I can find. It would explain why I have not received any payout?

Ah, I’m in the similar situation as @urbie … is there any solution to that? Is there a way to unlink the old browsers from the account?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to regain the wallet allotments from the old Brave Rewards accounts, but the Brave team is working on a solution. In addition, they are working on additional wallet options (Gemini should be available soon).
