Issues with Verified Accounts and BAT Disappearing

Briefly describe your issue:

I have a number of issues I hope to tackle here. My first issue is that my verified accounts on both my mobile phones have not had their BAT rewards immediately connected to my Uphold account. My second issue is that I’ve had my BAT rewards on my browser decrease and not correctly payout the amount of BAT I have earned. For example, I had about 8 BAT not paid out from the previous two months going into the void, and now I have 3 BAT gone into the void and not go into my BAT payout from June.

What date did you verify your wallet?

For my mobile phones my accounts were verified a couple days ago. My Brave Browser has been verified for months I believe

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, I’ve been paid out rewards correctly before.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

I live in the U.S. so I’m in a supported region.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

I have and both my Android devices passed the test.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes I have, I always turn off Auto-contribute.
