Briefly describe your issue:
For the past 7 months (based on deposit history) I have not received any BAT rewards.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

I am using MacOS (This issue has occurred through Big Sur to Monterey), and current Brave version: 1.35.100

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
My Uphold wallet is verified

What date did you verify your wallet?
I have reverified several times over the past 2 years of using Brave

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes, this worked excellent for over a year

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
I periodically (~once a week) turn on a VPN.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

I am in the USA

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
n/a

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
