No payouts since December 8th

Briefly describe your issue:
For the past 2 months I have not received any BAT rewards. Initially it was due to not verifying my wallet again but I re-verified in early January and haven’t received anything afterward.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( Menu --> About Brave )?

I am using Windows 10, and current Brave version: 1.35.101

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
My Uphold wallet is verified

What date did you verify your wallet?
I have re-verified several times but the last was in January. I received my confirmation email that it was good to go on January 28th.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
I periodically (~once a week) turn on a VPN.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

I am in the USA

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Hi. If you still have an issue, do this:

Send a direct message (DM) to the moderators and include a link to this post and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards

Mattches and Steeven are the moderatos who handle most of the rewards issues.

How to DM a moderator:

  1. Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
  2. You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.

Make sure your Brave Browser is updated to the latest version (currently 1.35.103) first.
