Haven't received BAT in months now

Briefly describe your issue:

Hey, I’ve been using Brave for about 5 months now, and ever since I got a new computer and relogged with the same recoverycode, I havent been v receiving my monthly BAT. This has been going on for 2 or 3 months now.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

I am using a Windows 11 with Brave Version 1.44.108

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?


Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?


Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)


Are you eligible for Brave Rewards (see here for list of supported regions)?


Are you on the list of supported regions when verifying Brave Rewards with a custodial partner (see here for list of supported regions)?


Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?


Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to a custodial partner?


This doesn’t do anything with Rewards. So with that I want to make sure, have you made sure to enable Rewards on it? Have you been seeing ad notifications and it been showing you earning BAT? I want to make sure you didn’t just set up Sync and think everything was fine, without getting your new device going for Rewards.

What is happening with yours? I mean, do you see the banner saying BAT will arrive? Which region are you in?


The above I’m just trying to confirm and get an understanding of. Assuming that you’ve got Brave Ads turned on and you’ve been seeing it, the browser is showing you’ve earned BAT, etc. then you’ll need to submit a Support Ticket so someone from Brave can more thoroughly investigate and try to help you. Any time you have a problem with payments, you should always just jump straight to doing a support ticket.
