Didnt Recieve January BAT

Hi! I’ve been using Brave since September, every month was perfect with payments but i did not recieve my last payment, it wasnt much but i want to keep using Brave rewards!
Thanks for all, i will give everything you need to verify.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

I didn’t receive funds either and my browsers/wallets are not syncing properly, would you like for me to DM as well?

Okay, I would still like to figure out why my browsers are not syncing properly. One shows a BAT balance of 4.130 and another shows a balance of 1.610. And when I go to brave://rewards-internals/ it shows BAT balance of 0 on both… and my mobile browser shows nothing…

I started using Rewards on my mobile and PC the same day, yesterday I was able to redeem BATs on my mobile but I’m unable to do so on my PC
Is this normal?

I use two brave browsers linked to the same wallet, one brave is at my home and the other is in my office (work computer)
