I had almost 30 BAT tokens before and when I added the zebpay wallet all the tokens disappered. Its been almost a month and the balance has not been reflected in zebpay or anywhere else

I had almost 30 BAT tokens before and when I added the zebpay wallet all the tokens disappered. Its been almost a month and the balance has not been reflected in zebpay or anywhere else.

Operating system is mac OS Sonoma 14.1.1 Brave version 1.60.114
My verified custodian is Zebpay
I am in a supported region that is india.

Depends when you connected. If november then those BAT’s will be bundled with payments for december. if you had connected in october, then shoulda come to you in november payout. Kindly reply and then we can decide what is to be done next.

Next to your balance, there should be a yellow notice (?). If you hover it/press it, it will tell you that the balance will be sent as part of your next ads payout :slight_smile:

You connected to your ZebPay account before 2023/11/02 correct?
