Not received any BAT tokens to my account

Briefly describe your issue:
I have been using Brave browser for many years (approx 2 years) but to date, I haven’t received a single token. When Zebpay was launched I also lost approx 25 BAT tokens. The brave team said I would get my token when I connected to my Zebpay account. But, after three months till date not received any tokens. What is my mistake or is it a bug?

What Operating System and Brave version are you using?
The operating system is MacOS and the Brave version is 1.61.114

ZebPay

Are you in a supported region?

@kuldeepyeware please create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 if you have not already done so and they will look into it for you.

There is no sense of creating a support ticket, they will just say that your account is being flagged even if it’s not, I also lost my 60 BAT tokens and still no support.
The main issue is Zebpay, there continuous login logout makes system to believe that you are a suspicious user to system and that’s why you lost your BAT Tokens, if you got some time then you need to check some previous conversations done on this community page many users face the same problem from last 3 months and all have same issue who have ZebPay as their custodian.

In the end bad luck until a new custodian comes into the market or else it’s time to move away from Brave :frowning:
