I cant withdraw my Brave Rewards when uphold is verified?

My account is linked to uphold and its verified but it doesn’t transfer the rewards from brave rewards to uphold.

Anybody have any suggestions on what to do?

Hi @AwesomeBizz - what Brave version and OS are you currently on? Is the BAT from Ads, tips, grants, or referrals?

Hi @AwesomeBizz. It could be related to the 3 wallet limit on the two-way wallet feature.

3 wallet limit on two-way wallet for BAT withdrawal to Uphold

Like many other members of the Brave community have expressed here, I inadvertently used up my 3-wallet limit by testing the two-way wallet feature last year using the dev/beta builds (all of which I have uninstalled now), leaving no way to withdraw BAT earned from ads to Uphold from the stable build I run now. I’m not sure how that limit is imposed. Is there a way to clear the limit so impacted users can link the 3 wallets they choose to link rather than strictly the first 3 wallets ever linke…

Makes sense wonder what the brave team and uphold team will do. Well I only have one wallet try opening a new one, see what happens.

i’m having the same issue. Brave Rewards shows balance of 118.5 BAT. My verified UpHold wallet shows 0 balance.

Also having this issue

Rewards from watching Ads shows a balance of 27 BAT
When i try to withdraw to my fully verified Uphold account, the balance on Uphold shows 0.00

I have tried disconnecting and re-connecting my Uphold account, and have also tried restoring the BAT wallet in the browser.

I’m on Version 1.4.96 Chromium: 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Can someone from Brave actually take this seriously, there are lots of reports of this issue online

This is problem that a lot of users are currently experiencing. Must wait until Brave developers release update with fix. I’ve contacted UpHold directly about the issue and they also informed be that this is a problem that Brave Developers need to fix.
