Unable to transfer balance from Brave to Uphold

I have a verified uphold account.

I’ve successfully transferred BAT from 2 of my brave browsers into my uphold account.
My third device using brave, I have not been able to move the balance into uphold. I log into my account, I click verify wallet, and I’m just taken to my uphold account - balance never leaves brave.

This is a repost of my original issue that was closed due to inactivity. I’m hoping to get an update on this - have not been able to withdraw my earnings for over a month…

What is your third device? PC? Mobile?

The issue you describe may be related to the 3-wallet limit for the two-way wallet. There is some information about it in this recent post:
