I beg you to add option to DISABLE the incredibly asinine "pull down to refresh page" thoughtless feature

I was using Opera on mobile exclusively because it allows me to disable this ABSOLUTE GARBAGE “feature” via chrome flags. PLEASE. I don’t otherwIse like Opera but this garbage is a deal breaker in Brave. I dont want to refresh the page every time i accidentally swipe down by a few pixels too many while trying to go to the top of the page, and i dont want to waste the bandwidth or time waiting for the damn page to realod on a slow connection.

IT folks, please stop wasting our time and destroying our nerves with your endless removal of physical controls from IT devices and enforcement of “gestures” of swiping on glass.

I hope i dont need to explain why this “feature” mindlessly aped from Apple’s “special needs” department totally sucks and why a simple Reload button is the correct UI implementation…

I work with my hands, the phone is used in a hurry in rough outdoor conditions… I am not a nimble fingerered 15 year old girl with the time to master all these trying-to-be clever gestures. This ain’t Star Trek, captain…

@HumannFlasha: c’mon man. Introduction of gesture based navigation (GBN) was second best thing since sliced bread… not to mntion that on iOS GBN is the only one available.

@HumannFlasha haven’t tried looking in your settings, huh?
