HTTPS site can’t be reached

I have installed the brave-browser in fedora 29 following the install

sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo https://brave-browser-rpm-release.s3.brave.com/x86_64/
sudo rpm --import https://brave-browser-rpm-release.s3.brave.com/brave-core.asc
sudo dnf install brave-keyring brave-browser

Unable to connect to https website, though Im connected to the network and able to browse through other browsers but the https website fails

Can you tell me what website it is you’re unable to visit so I can test on my end? Additionally, what error messages (if any) do you see? What is the behavior when you attempt to navigate to the site?
