If you hover over any link for an infintesimal amout of time, you get a popup. I want to turn this “feature” off, but see no setting for it. This makes it difficult to scroll twitter, for instance, since every tweet contains numerous links which pop up and obscure the feed. Note that this issue is different from hovering over tabs, for which there is an experimental setting which I have found and have set.
To reproduce the issue, open a twitter feed in the desktop app and scoll over it, on a path which includes links, say over the twitter image icons.
Expected result:
I would like the popups from links to stay silent, unless I explicitly click on a page element (link).
