Tooltips appearing over links prevent me clicking on the links. Here is a demonstration:

(if it says the video cannot be found, try refreshing a couple times, seems awesomescreenshot is bugging currently)
First I open a webpage on Brave (this happens on any webpage); then I open a webpage on Firefox for comparison where the problem doesn’t appear.
This drives me crazy and Brave is hardly usable because I’m wasting a lot of clicks and it is frustrating. Any help welcome!
