How can I disable this pop up from happening and always allowing it

I have been trying to figure this out for quite some time now and I have gotten no where with it. It happens on Chrome so I tried looking for a solution and got nothing, but got suggested this browser but it still continues to happen on Brave.

How can I disable this pop up from happening and always allowing it to run instead of always clicking “Open” because this is quite annoying.

There use to be an option to always allow it to open, but Chrome decided to remove that option which sucks. And I’m still quite new to Brave so I’m not sure.
