How to have a complete history?

Description of the issue:

Hello to all.
Brave Browser satisfies me in one detail.
The default history is useless because it is not complete.
When I look for a page in the history that I may have visited previously, very often, it is not in the history.
This is the first time I’ve seen this in a web browser, although I got my first PC in 1994.
If anyone knows how to get a complete history in Brave Browser, I’m interested.
Thank you.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.49.132, 64 bits, GNU/Linux, Manjaro Linux, Package from the official Manjaro Linux repository

Unfortunately the history retention is (I believe) 3 months, which is the case for the underlying Chrome browser.

Not aware of a way to change this currently; although there might be some extensions that can effectively retain longer history.

Hello, JimB1.
The problem is not on the history of more than three months, but on the history of the same day and the previous ones.

@ignace72 Are you talking about History on the same device? You should have full History on the device you’re using. If you’re referring to History that is Synced across devices, that would require you to enable it in flags. This is something newly added and I haven’t tested, so I’m not sure how well it works.

Other thing I’d ask, are you seeing large amounts of History go away or is it just random sites or whatever?

Good evening, Saoiray.
Yes, I should have a complete history.
That’s even my question.
I don’t have synchronization enabled (useless for computers with different usage).
No, since I first used Brave, I never had a complete history.
I don’t understand the logic of what is recorded and what is ignored. It looks like randomness.
Good evening to you.
