How to Disable Brave Wallet?

Description of the issue:
After I created my new Brave Wallet, it started messing with the other 3rd party wallets I have installed (e.g. MetaMask wallet), meaning that I cannot use MetaMask anymore.

Are you using the (new) Brave Wallet or the (old) Crypto wallets implementation?
I am using the new Brave wallet

How can this issue be reproduced?
Each time I need to connect my MetaMask Wallet to a network, it doesn’t open, instead the Brave Wallet pops up, but I need to use the MetaMask, where I have my assets.

Brave Version (check About Brave):
Version 1.44.105 Chromium: 106.0.5249.91 (Official Build) (x86_64)

@Miciolauz Is “Brave Wallet” your “Default Ethereum Wallet” on Settings > Wallet? Can you switch it to “Brave Wallet (Prefer extensions)” and see if your Metamask works now?
