Haven’t received Brave Ads on my laptop since December. I use to receive ads no problem but now I haven’t been getting them. I did the whole troubleshooting process for windows to make sure notifications are on for brave and focus assist is off, but still nothing.
@WyomingBeast Do u use VPN for getting ads in the past?
No, I have no VPN just used the browser normal like I would with google chrome and it worked really well giving me a lot of ads because I had the max set at 10 ads. Unfortunately haven’t received any ads in a long time.

Ok how do I go about contacting Brave Support directly?
As the post @Saoiray linked stated, just send them a DM with the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals
) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version
) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards
If you don’t know how to send a DM, right click on a moderators icon and select the Message button. You can also go to your profile, click Messages, create a new message, enter the information, and send.
How do I find a moderators profile? Do I send them the information you just put in the DM and explain the problem?
