Has something changed with Brave Shields today (2025-03-14)?

I’m seeing ads on YouTube (both in video and top right), which I have never encountered before.

Admiral cookie consent dialogue boxes now visible on HowToGeek.

Cosmetic filters on ArsTechnica are slow to hide.
It seems odd that Brave Shields seems to have become less effective on multiple websites all at the same time. Perhaps a faulty filter list update?
The websites work correctly in Microsoft Edge with uBlock Origin Lite.
