Graphical Glitch, need help

Description of the issue:
I have a Geforce 1060 6gig video card and the latest drivers, 2 days ago I upgraded to a Samsung 2k 144hz, 1ms delay monitor that bought on Cyber Monday. Ever since then I have been getting a graphic glitch in the Brave Browser on every screen, even the older HP 1080p monitors that I have had for years, no matter the settings, I don’t believe this is a monitor issue since it spans all screens and I can take a screenshot of it (attached because its hard to describe)

Also, this glitch only happens in Brave. All other apps, games, and browsers work perfectly. I have tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. I really really don’t want to discontinue my use of Brave as is has been my go-to browser for a while now, and is hands down my favorite. This is the reason I am here.

Does anyone have any insight into this issue? Google has been of zero help.
