Ghost Window in Mojave?

Hi folks,
Description of the issue:
I´m getting a second unwanted brave window.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
It seems to limited to Mojave.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
When the OS re-opens apps from last session, there is a second window behind the main one.

Each system start

Brave Version(about:brave):
Version 0.56.15 Chromium: 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)![23|690x388]

The “ghost” window is still there with 10.14.2.
Nobody else having this issue?
Maybe its related to the macOS feature “re-open all running apps at next start”?
