Description of the issue:
This issue is similar this bug. I created couple apps (Menu -> Install ). And if I open the applications after a while, empty windows appear. This windows don’t close after close app, and not present only after restart brave.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Create app from any site (for example twitter)
- Open this app and brave
Expected result:
The empty windows do not get created.

Version 1.14.84 Chromium: 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)
