Flash not activating even after enabling it for specific site

Description of the issue:
Trying to watch a webinar on the following site:

http://www.onlinemeetingnow.com/seminar/?id=s4tfl0xv5n

Flash is enabled but doesnt work. Running latest brave as of today (1/24/2019).

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

every time

I was able to view the webinar without issue. When you navigate to the page, ensure that you click the top-left “Click here…” link in the message on the media player. Clicking this should reveal a prompt to run flash:

Click Allow and the page should reload and then display the video as intended.
