Fit to printable area

Description of the issue:

I can no longer fit to printable area even when it is selected. It started a few weeks ago. I have to print a lot of a certain type of government document frequently for my job and it has to be fit to the printable area because it is slightly oversized. The link below is a sample version of the government document that I have the same issue with. I am including a screenshot of the print settings and a scan of what was printed.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Go to https://studyinthestates.dhs.gov/sites/default/files/EVandDep-Initial%20status.pdf and select print
2. Make sure scale is set to fit to printable area
3. Print

Expected result:

The right-hand side of the page will be partially cut off.

Version 1.29.77 Chromium: 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Brave as well as resetting it to factory settings. Neither made a difference.
