Short background is I use Brave with 3 profiles. I’ve tracked down using shortcuts from brave:settings/manageProfile and command line like C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\brave.exe --profile-directory="Profile 4" that my 3 profiles are using the folders “Profile 3”, “Profile 4”, and “Profile 5” in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data. I’m on Windows if that wasn’t obvious already 
My (minor) issue is that a 4th profile “Profile 1” that uses the folder “Default” keeps appearing even if I delete it.
Is it possible to (a) keep that deleted, or (b) move one of my profiles into that one if Default is a required folder name? Related, is it possible to rename profile directory folders or will that do damage?
