I had Brave Rewards with Uphold enabled before, but since I reinstalled Windows I cannot verify with Uphold.

El tema es que estás viendo Uphold pero es Brave quien dejó de ofrecer soporte para tu región. Esto significa que no importa lo que te diga Uphold, lo importante es que Brave no enviará el pago a tu Uphold porque México no está soportado en este momento. Sólo podrás recibir tu pago a tu navegador, donde se almacenará y no podrás retirarlo a un banco ni enviarlo a ningún lado, excepto a Tip Creators.
