Hi, Yes I was born in venezuela, but all my documentation in uphold is with my uruguayan ID, in fact i have another laptop where everything works.
@telpereg You know, originally I was thinking you were able to get to a point of trying to login to Uphold before receiving the message, but when I look closer, you’re getting it beforehand, aren’t you? I’m thinking it’s because of your device settings, such as I discuss at Rewards are not available in your area
