Hey I have only one uphold account that is linked with brave rewards before. I didnt use brave for long. Now i am starting to link my brave with upload and i am getting this error

" Error: Device limit reached
Your wallet cannot be verified because you’ve reached the maximum verified device limit."

I use brave on my mobile phone but its not connected to any uphold or gemini account. I have only one uphold account still cant connect my wallet on windows system why?

I’d I had linked my wallet to gemini then unlinked and then link again can this be considered a new wallet.
Will my wallet limit be affected by this
