Entire BAT balance disappeared

I have two computers and a mobile device set up with Brave rewards. I used the wallet code from the first computer on the second computer thinking they’d be linked. Since then they’ve never had the same balance and have earned at different rates. Earlier today I verified the wallet on my first computer with Uphold and it seemed to work without any problems. I went to do the same on my second computer in an attempt to finally consolidate my BAT, but all the BAT on my second computer vanished! All the monthly statements said 0, and I had none in my account. I re-entered the wallet recovery code (which is from the first computer), and it recovered 0 BAT. The account on my first computer still seems ok, but I’m concerned because the wallet recovery key shared by both computers now yields a balance of 0.

How can I recover the BAT from my second computer, and has the wallet on my first computer effectively lost its recovery key?

Hi @Quasar - thank you for reporting. I’m sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. What OS and Brave version are you using for both computers? We’ll get to the bottom of this.
