Description of the issue: Some web page elements disappear intermittently, and reappear, using the OpenGL graphic angle. Like YouTube tags and some elements with embedded images, graphic errors when displaying these elements. My keyboard input also fails in a new tab, sometimes it doesn’t interpret what I’m writing correctly, it’s like it slows down and then speeds up to finish writing.
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

I just need to go to a YouTube video, and the tags that are displayed just above the list of related videos disappear momentarily, and if I hover over them, they gradually reappear.

I only adjusted the graphic angle in brave://flags to OpenGL, since if I left it at default, I would have other types of graphic bugs that were recently registered in chromium browsers.

Expected result: That these elements are always displayed, as happens in other browsers.
