Don't get ads since 3 months now [Waiting 1.5 Months for answer]

Since beginning of august i do not receive any notification ads anymore, but i received BAT on my Uphold. Been using brave for almost 2 years now, never had this problem before.
Also, my estimated earnings was the last 2 months stuck on the same as before.

Version 1.14.84 Chromium: 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I have also stopped getting any ads at all. I haven’t received a single one. I have made sure that I have it enabled, set to max allowed, focus assist on both alarm, and priority (doesn’t make a difference), and my Brave is up to date. Version 1.14.84 Chromium: 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

so i still receive my BAT for no ads, so it’s not my problem if they don’t answer :stuck_out_tongue: but it would be better if this is getting fixed

I have mostly stopped using Brave after possibly losing 9 months worth of BAT, but when I do use it, I am still getting ads. Just tried it now and got an ad.

I don’t know if this can help you, I had the same problem as you since August: reset your wallet.

Today I reset my wallet and I received 4 ads in less than an hour since then.
I don’t know if my problem is really fixed but for the moment it seems to be working.
