Not receiving BAT payments since from last month.. Plzzhelp

the title might suggest, I have not received any ads using Brave browser since August 2021 (assumption due to brave://rewards-internals/ showing

I’ve read through the documentation, and ensured that system notifications for Brave are enabled along with the proper Focus Assist settings.

Brave rewards are enabled, and I’ve adjusted to allow showing up to 10 ads per hour.

OS: Windows 10, 21H1 19043.1165
Brave: Version 1.29.76 Chromium: 93.0.4577.58 (Official Build) (64-bit) (Technically just updated this before posting, so the version prior to this)

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
