Automatically open new tab when selecting a link in an open page

I’m running Brave Version 0.61.52 Chromium: 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I’d like to know how to configure brave so that when i click on a link in an open page, the link is displayed in a new tab instead of overlaying my current page in the same tab.
