External link doesnt open correct

Description of the issue:Cant open any external link

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1.find some link on some application(discord,…)
2.click on it
3.wait to brave open
**

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):brave open brand new tab, new window

Expected result:brave open new tab in old window/window that i used

Reproduces how often:always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 1.66.110 Chromium: 125.0.6422.60 (Official Build) (64-bit)
 window

Additional Information:already fix in regedit but no hope

There are some extensions that are known to cause behavior similar to this — can you please tell me if you have any extensions installed at this time? If so, does disabling them resolve the issue?

Uh i dont think any extensions cause that

Did you test the behavior without extensions installed?
