Does anyone receive Ad notifications as usual?

the system check in your history how many ads you seen in the last 24 hours (remmber i said 24 hours not today) if it 20 then it will not show any ads

so if you got 20 yesterday then you will start to get ads today at the same time as the first time you get yesterday or after it

I received 20 adds combined in the last two months. However, when I was working late in the night last week, I received ca. 8 adds only that night, but no adds during the day.

could be for that and the ads per day here mean also last 24 hours
or maybe something else
previous the reward internals would help us to know what is going on in the background but they do not log it anymore
maybe you can try to surf new website category maybe you get more ads for that new category

there new algorithom for showing ads now

there something called 2 max for showing certain ads

1. each ads has max per day so it could show up from only once per day up to that max
2. there are something called totalmax i am not sure if that the total for certain ads per week or month my initial guess it per month

that why we could get fewer ads

@ambrocioisaias2808 actually @justsomeone1 is talking about the file catalog.json found in Ads Service folder of Brave.

Location in Windows > C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default\ads_service

I wanted to do research on it but got busy on other stuff!

I would agree with you, but NEVER when the main focus of all the correspondence in this forum is overwhelmingly about Rewards not working.

There needs to be a special section just for those with that interest and it should not be in the General past of the forum.

I can never see anything important about the program itself because of all the NOISE.

True, there are currently a lot users with reward problems including me. I wouldn call it noise, because the only reason to use brave is the reward system and its currently broken.

I dont see any other reasons to use brave because most of my visited sites are broken aswell. Missing Fonts, different Fonts, Frezzes, no login possible on ebay-kleinanzeigen.de and some other sides. Amazon Prime disappearing buttons and morte strange stuff that never happened on firefox or chrome.

The argument of private browser dont works if you use firefox because its possible to reach the same with 2 or 3 addons,

Well there are at least 2 of us who bothered to post in this thread who obviously use it but not for the reward system…
For whatever reason most of my visited sites are not broken so different experience.
