I have 2 BAT for about two months, but they don't send to my Uphold wallet

The BAT I received in March was not deposited into my Uphold account, it said that there was an error with my Uphold account and it asked me to re-enter or something like that (I don’t remember it very well, I just clicked on something), I assumed that the problem would have been solved but as of today my BATs have not been sent, I already verified that I had the permissions in the Uphold account and at least from the rewards tab it does not show that something is wrong.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??: Yes.

It’s empty, I moved the BATs to another Exchange.
