Description of the issue:
When you hover the cursor over a shorten text field it normally reveals the rest of the information. Example: YouTube video titles do not show the entire title/description on the home page. If you hover your cursor over it the entire title/description will show in a text box below the cursor. Currently that text box is off-centered above cursor and unformatted. So when you hover on titles/descriptions that are close to the edge of the page they will not show properly (off page).
How can this issue be reproduced?
Every time you hover your cursor over these titles/descriptions.
Expected result:
Text box to appear directly below cursor formatted to fit on the page.
