Description of the issue: When I click around any page elements a cursor shows up like if it was a text input

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Find some website of your choice - for example wikipedia.com
  2. Find some text you are able to select (hold and drag your mouse and the background changes)
  3. Click anywhere between the text and a writing cursor will show up

Expected result: The cursor shouldn’t show

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.42.88 Chromium: 104.0.5112.81 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional Information:
I feel this is quite annoying as it gives the impression everything is editable. Please either fix or make an option to disable it
