Description of the issue:
When copy pasting from OneNote for Windows 10 (newest version) and then pasting it in the browser (gmail, google docs, websites with text boxes), the Brave browser (newest version on April 9th, 2020, freezes for 2-4 seconds, has the title bar turn white and then continues after having pasted the content. Does not happen in Chrome, Edge or Firefox.

go into One Note for Windows 10 (not 2016) and copy text, paste it in a gmail form or google doc or any page or website which accepts text.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
titel bar of browser window turns white after 3-5 sec, then back to normal again
