Claimed rewards, nothing added to my balance (March 2022)

Briefly describe your issue:
Hello there,

I have two issue regarding BAT rewards:

Issue 1:
Few days ago, I noticed that my wallet was disconnected from my Brave Browser and reconnected it. Two days later, I received the notification on my browser to claim my reward. I completed the puzzle and I received an error saying “verified wallet…”, the message then disappeared and the balance of 4.6 BAT did not get credited on my balance. I have waited for 4-5 days to see if the BAT will reach my linked wallet but it has not.

Any ideas of what happened here?

Issue 2
I have the Brave Browser on my Mac and Windows PC.
When ads pops-up on my Mac or that I get a new tab with an ads on, no issues, my “estimated earnings” for the month goes up.

Unfortunately, on Windows 10 Home (up to date), I rarely get ads pop-up (one every 2 weeks), and ads appearing on a new tab generates no rewards. On Windows, the ads rewards may work for about a week in a whole month, the rest of the time… nothing

Note:
I did not reach any threshold of ads per hour,
I restarted my PC and the rewards will not cumulate,
I turned off my VPN and restarted my PC (leaving the VPN off) and the rewards would not cumulate.

Any ideas of what could cause the issue?

Yes but get disconnected all the time.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I’m not a expert but vpn isn’t allowed I guess. You will get blacklisted for using it. LIke changing your location to different country and earning through it.

For the issue 2, I believe VPN would not be the issue as I use a VPN on my phone and MacOS and both get rewards from ads (pops-up and new tabs ads).

On windows though… I don’t get rewards, with and without VPN.

Just thought of it but, my partner has a windows laptop with VPN on and my partner gets rewards from ads it is really frustrating ^^’
