Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

I’m using Ubuntu 16.04 and the browser version is 1.23.75.
I can’t verify my my wallet with Uphold because I live in New York. There are currently 4.25 BAT in my wallet with 67.767 BAT currently pending for April. My machine is not connected to a VPN and auto-contribute is manually turned off.

My rewards statement shows that I earned 84.25 BAT in February 2021 but it was never credited to my wallet. Can I have some assistance fixing this?

j’ai eu des publicités qui n’ont pas été crédités au mois d’avril ?? j’utilise windows10pro, et maintenant je ne reàois meme plus rien et j’utilise un VPN? pouvez-vous résoudre mon problème?
