Description of the issue:
I had an issue with brave recently where no pages would open citing a certificate error. I believed the problem to be my antivirus (Avast) which I then uninstalled and reinstalled. That seemed to fix the issue, but now only this website has given me cert errors and now only timeout errors. I don’t know what else to do to make it work and I need to access it for school.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Additional Information:
It is worth mentioning that the same happens on Chrome, so I believe the issue lies elsewhere, but would appreciate any information related to this kind of error.
